Thats it, i have had it with SE, be warned.

This all started back in mid september. My screen had been on the fritz so i sent it in to have the screen fixed. Well when i got the unit back the screen had not been fixed plus they broke the jog dial. So after a month of arguing with SE over it they promised me a new phone but i first needed to send mine into them. I figured no problem. Well today (now almost 2 months since this all began) i get my "new" p800 back. And guess what? its the same one i sent in, they didn't even try to hide the IMEI. Not to mention that the jog dial is STILL broken. I will never ever buy from this company and am taking them to small claims court so that i may recover my investment since they are not capable of holding to the warrenty that they are legally inclined to do. And when they promise you something, don't buy into it. I hope that none of you have to go through this. I am washing my hands of this company and am going to get my money back.
