Siemens S55 Startup...airport?

Hi Guys,
I just bought a new SIM card for my Siemens S55 and the first thing that I noticed is that the phone now asks me to verify that I want to turn it on (it is called an airport check), then when I press OK it goes to an animation of fish before showing me the phone's screens.
I don't recall the fish animation from before either. I checked the settings and START and END animations are not checked so, and I couldn't find any way to stop that silly DO YOU WANT TO TURN THE PHONE ON screen.
If I would have known this, I would not have changed the SIM card.
Does anyone know how to fix either of these problems?
Thanks,
Joe

There's no way to turn off that "Airport" security feature...its main use is for those people who travel on plane a lot and have their phone off but somehow is turned back on by accident...
I hated that, too, but considering I rarely turn my phone off, it didn't bother me...

Select your """NORMAL PROFILE"""" I hope that fixes the problem.

I'm using the "Normal Profile" and have even set up different ones but startup is always the same.
Are you saying that yours does not do that?

LOL, it just takes some getting used to; it isn't a big problem and the phone is very nice.
I do usually keep the phone on though so it is at times that I have turned it off (for charging or at night), I just press on and go but the phone turns off again.
It is not a problem, I just thought that there may have been an easy way to turn it off...something that I may have missed.
Thx.
Joe
