Opinions on A56

I was thinking of signing up with Fido and getting the Siemens A56 handset. I was hoping to get some input from you guys about this phone, not about the phone's features but about things like RF, sound quality (volume and clarity) and ringer volume (I like a loud ringer and strong vibe).
Sorry if this has been posted before but I tried a search which came up nil. Is it even possible to do a search for "a56"? If so, can somebody please tell me how?
Thanks!

I found the incoming sound quality as good if not better than my Nokia 5100 (which cost like way more). Didn't play with it long enough to make a comment on your other questions.

Thanks vkwan and chicken_little. That was very helpful.
Can somebody please help me with the search function on this site? I can't seem to be able to do a search for "A56" or "Siemens AND A56". The search function doesn't seem to like the "A56" and appears to ignore it when displaying search results. TIA.

Just type in the search criteria Siemens A56..
i recall a few ppl selling a56 about 2 weeks. ago for about $50.. which is a great deal on a fone w/ such good sound and rf.
i've been using the c56 unlocked on fido.. and its been a great so far.. a pain to get the datacable 2 work properly.. maybe because my USB non oem.. but great non the less.

The search function on this forum isn't exactly google quality. You probably already know this...but with the $20 referral, the a56 is $30 on a new monthly activation.

Thanks but I tried that and it doesn't work. Just comes up with other Siemens stuff. It doesn't find anything for the A56.
And thanks again chicken_little.

I believe the search function works on four characters or more. Therefore, a search string like "A56" or "GSM" usually won't work. Try adding a wildcard like "A56*" to extend the search word to four.
