sharp gx20 - alarm problem

Hi

The alarm function on my phone (sharp gx20) doesnt seem to go on all the time when i set it to go on at a particular time. At the time which it is supposed to go on, nothing happens, the "alarm on" indicator is still displayed. I've checked and i'm sure i've set up the alarm properly. Its happened a few times randomly. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before?

My GX22 works fine. Did u leave the phone on silent mode???

nope i never leave it on silent mode, i'm just gonna see if it happens again, if it does i'm gonna go back to the store i got it from

The alarm works only if the phone is on. It was turned on when you missed the alarm?

my GX20 alarm works ok, [not meanint to sound pedantic] are you sure your setting the "tone" on it so that it actually rings?

yeh, i'm sure i set the tone for it to ring, also i never switch my phone off overnight as well, it usually doesnt work if i set it up for it to go on for the next morning, like when i set the alarm up today for it go on tomorrow morning it doesnt work sometimes, the "alarm on indicator" is still there, but the alarm didnt go on. but if i set the alarm today to go on sometime during the day, it will work fine, and i also check the date as well and everything is correct, it does seem like it a software problem, but so far no one else has had this problem yet
