When will NEC release the handset with EDGE onto AT&T Wireless ?

I hear that NEC has a handset with EDGE that is coming to AT&T Wireless ? Anyone know what the model name will be ? And what speeds will the handset be capable of ? like ( 4 + 1 ) ( 3+1 ), etc.
