sanyo 4500 ringtones on 5000

i have the sanyo 5000 and i had the sanyo 4500. i was wondering if anyone knows where the ringers for the 4500 have been converted to midi format so i can download them to my phone. And also if the ring tones for other phones have been converted to midi format? And if so where are they
