Java games on T720 CDMA phone?

OK I'm just trying to lear my confusion. So can you upload Java games onto a CDMA T720? I have seen it takes BREW apss/games. How can you tell if an app or game is BREW? IS a .jar file a Java game? Can you get it to work on CDMA? Many thanks!
