It's now official. The "Not Done" message is a glitch in the phones software because I have ran into it twice. In my wife's old G50 phone and now her New G50 phone. This is how the problem arises. Whenever you use CSD to dl ringtones from the net there is a possibility that when you try to delete that dl ringtone you will get a not done message. This message freezes up all the sounds and the ability to change ringtones in your phone. It also locks up the melody composer. Sheesh....... Screw panasonic for this glitch and I hope they die! Never will I go back to this company again.

so there's no way to get rid of the not done message? got the same problem, but it's the wallpaper section not the ringtones.
this is my first time to own a panasonic phone, sure sucks!

The not done message sure does suck! I found a way around it but it may not work for you.Try going to the same folder over and over until you see the hands on the clock move. This will let you into the folder.
