Urgent Help Required - Please and Thank you

I have a brand new Dell D600 Notebook with built in WIFI
Went to install the Siemens Datasuite and upon restart the WIFI connection did not work.
Uninstalled datasuite and the connection still is not working right.
Tells me I am connected.
Shows Packets Sent ok
But Packets Received is 0 and does not increase
yet everything about the connection shows ok.
This was working 100% before I installed the datasuite.
Thoughts, Comments, Suggestions!!
