Prepaid Service in Windsor, Ontario

Can anyone provide any recommendations for a prepaid provider ? I live in Windsor, Ontario and will ocassionally travel up the 401 to Toronto. I need a reliable provider (Telus or Rogers) but hear conflicting information about the signal quality for Telus and Rogers in the Windsor area. Anybody with experience with Telus or Rogers prepaid in the Windsor area ? Thanks in advance.
