Where to buy a P900!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,

new to the forum, been reading for quite a bit longer. Loved the info and stories. I live in Boston/New York and am wondering where's the best place for me to get a p900 and the best price for them as well.

I love that phone, at least the way it looks. hadn't had the chance to get my hands on a real life one yet. Hate been in the US sometimes. we so behind in tech.

I wish I had waited instead of ordering last week I could've saved $30, it seems the price is likely to go down even more within a month or so, great opportunity for those who want a P900.

Thanks for the fast replys and all the info. I've been talking to a few merchants in the "market place" on Howard forums, and they kinda seem shady to me. for one thing, theres no guarentees. But that's just me. Can i trust them?

On the other note, do you guys think i should wait for a bit more?

second note, i can get two free nokia 3595 or pay 150 USD for each T-610 from t-mobile for being long time customer, but i don't know which one i'll make more profit off of.
some one told me 2 nokia 3595 = 150 USD (75 USD max of each)
and i can only sell T-610 for only 200 USD

I'm trying to finance my way to a P900 so please help me out!

to all interested in getting a new P900

I found an ebay seller with a office (its a distribution center/ legit) in down town Manhattan.
Located on 16 West 36th street, between 5th and 6th ave, on the 10th floor. the phone number is 1-888-442-1333.
Not really nice guys but the price is good. 755 USD w/o shipping. Its also cheaper if we purchase together. You can get it for the price of 740 USD if i get four more buyers. basiclly just email me or post a reply and see if we can get all our names together. I will not deal with your money or shipping, but if we can get a group discount rate by saying we all call together or something, why not?

They also have the new Panasonic G51 (don't ask me, my girl wants it) for 230 USD

Really good prices to what i can see. Please tell me if my price is too high. Kinda broke after celebrating my girls birthday/anniversary.

I'm interested in this unit as well. I live about a mile away from this guy (work even closer to him). I can go and check the place out for 'legitimacy'.

What does he charge for shipping? If it's absurd, I can always ship the boxes out to you all.

I have dealt with this guy in the past and never got anywhere with him. This is going back several months so things could have changed.

It was on the Z600 which he said he had in stock and that I could stop by his office and pick-up. So I called the next day and they were gone. But he said that he was expecting more in later that afternoon and to call him back, he would not take my name to hold the phone. I called back that same afternoon and bang all gone again. He then told me that he was expecting more in a few days so I waited 5 working days and called him again. What do you know he just sold the last one to someone else but again another shipment was do that afternoon and he still would not take my name down to hold the phone. He wouldn't even do a credit card transaction to hold the phone for walk in pick-up. So I waited a few hours and called back and the answer this time was they didn't deliver any Z600 but he had other models that I might be interested in.

Now I'm not saying that this guy is not legit but one begins to wonder with all the running around. This is only my experience others might have positive feedback. I on the other hand would stick with eXpansys as they are a legit outfit and you can always go back to them if you have any issues.

What's the point of saving 50 bucks on an $800.00 phone, if the guy is not around to honor warranties,etc. With eXpansys if I have issue I call them up and get and RA number and off it goes back for credit or a new one.......

patience my friend, patience.

my fridend is selling P800 w/ 1 yr contract 4 around $200. so when P900 is avalaible in Asia, the price here will drop alot. maybe around 300 bucks w/ 1 yr contract. so be patient my friend.

I also will agree with fbakirdan and recommend Expansys.us for the P900 right now. It's not worth the trouble to save a few bucks on a premium phone. Don't you also save on sales tax if you order from Expansys--it more than offsets the shipping charge.

The P900 is not under warranty at the moment in the US. You will all have to wait until it's offically released in the US. This may be one one good reason to wait for an official US launch. You will also be able to purchase the phone at MSRP as well. Expansys is an expensive place to purchase gadgets, but still much less than other vendors out there--not to mention relatively more reputable than most of them out there.

I can foresee quite a few users cracking their LCD screens, and having to wait months before it can be repaired in the US. If you decide to get one, please be very careful handling it.

well i would agree with some others..... order from expansys(us). i will be getting mine sometime this morning (paid $770.32usd) after researching and finding the next closest price to be $899(from seemingly legitimate businesses). also, there was no sales tax and they had overnite delivery to me for $15. (i believe the special overnite price is for california only) my total was $785.32 and they are pretty responsive. i also called sonyericcson (us) and asked them about buying an import p900, the CSR woman told me if it would be better to get a european model vs and asian market model, since i was concerned with the english format models (LOL... i actually just answered the doorbell to the UPS guy delivering my p900..... *tear*) so as i was saying the SE CSR told me that the warranty is valid internationally... (you may run into them not having the actual parts or such to replace or repair tho, until later... but it is valid) so yeah, i am a picky buyer and always try to go with places that i think will be around and available just in case. i wanted to wait till the price hit around 600, maybe 700usd... but i could not wait and i decided to to get it for 770usd. i figured that was not bad as they used to have the phone for about 1000 not even a month ago! so its time for me to crack it open!!!!!
