KE424C BLADE Image Uploading?

Does anyone know if there is any software to upload personalized images onto
the new Kyocera KE424C Blade handset via the blade's USB data cable?
I found a USB data cable with the kyocera software here:

but the description says nothing about image control. Does anyone know any other sources I can look up ?
