Whoah is the MCA-30 supposed to look like uh...crap?

I just got at T266 + MCA-30 (costed $0 with contract) for my gf. Anyway I was playing around with the camera and I noticed it looks really grainy and even at the highest resolution if i take a picture of anything it looks like crap. I'd be mad if i actually paid for the camera. Is the camera that i have here defective or something or is it supposed to look worse than a logitech webcam? Cuz seriously i think if someone gave me a pack of crayons (the fat ones) i could draw the picture out better than it can take one.

I emailed it to my email and it looks a lot better, I guess it was just the screen.
