T610 Problem !!! please help !!!

I have unlocked my brand new T-Mobile T610 and am using it with a Rogers AT&T SIM now but i lost the MANAGE SIM under my phone book option totally ... i had it with the T-Mobile and i used to able to ADD"EDIT my SIM but now i cant do that anymore !!!
It is as if i lost some of my options when a different SIM other than a T-moible one is used casue i tried it with other SIMs as well !!!
please help me out here i know some other people are having the same problem !!!
