Thanks for the help but I still can't connect to the i90c I've installed webjal the xp patch, configured the com ports including deleting them and reinstalling them, even ajusting the speed but no luck. I have no problems loading tunes to my i95cl it's the i90c that I can't get to connect. I'm using the serial data cable, using webjal with winxp patch installed, and com port2. The com ports are set to auto in the bios will that cause issues?

it might im not 100% sure...make sure u r not running any java apps when trying to connect

You may need to upgrade your phone's software.

Also, you should be able to use Icjal as well:

You need a software update. 76.00.01 and 76.00.02 were before ringtone days.
