I downlaoded iden's phonebook manager, i was tryin to install it, when i finished instaling a window popped up sayin that i have to install service pack 1 if use with usb, can someone please help.................thanx harry k...................

You need to donwload XP KeY ReCoVeRER AND DISCOVErER, make a little search it's a lite program who give a new key and the instructions is very important after that you are enable to upgrade to SP1.

Um...he only needs to do that if he has an illegal copy of windows XP. I think he is more concerned about the fact that he has no clue what Service pack 1 is.

guy i got that xp recovery thing, i did the process thing and it finished loading but nothing changed what do i do after the process........................

You need to download windows XP service pack 1.....

goto the windows update homepage...or goto www.microsoft.com and search for service pack 1

itll take you to the download...once you download the service pack (takes about 30-45 mins for total install) then reboot and u should be good to go.
