t720 flashing help needed?

Eerytime I flash my t720 the phone is fine except that the phone then becomes flashed with the 900/1800 mhz frequency for europe i am located in north america, has anyone else had this problem and if so how can it be corrected?

There's a 850/1900 flex file for it...I remember seeing it on Borgstif's ftp site...
