A56 unknown application?

This is the first time I've seen this and I have no idea how it even happened. My A56 was in my pocket, it rang, I picked it up but pressed a button in the process. When I looked at it it said "Unknown Application" right under where it said "Fido". It kept flashing the two words alternately. Anyone know what that means? What application is it talking about? I had to switch the phone off and back on before I got rid of it.
