big problems downloading ringtones

hello- i just got an sl56 on rogers and downloaded a ringtone "the simpsons" from siemens website. they sent me a text with a url address, but my phone will not allow me to access the url even though browsing is fully enabled. rogers data people say i can only download polyphonic tones from them, and all others are blocked.
why can i not access the siemens url, and is there a way to get around this. i downloaded other ringtones to my 6310i phone all the time and never had a problem.
please help if you can i would greatly appreciate it.

It could be gateway problem with Rogers...try my wap-site and see if you can download anything...
wap.fire-water.com
Some providers have limits on their gateways and won't allow larger files to be transferred...
