so how do i get the upper back off my t616 so i can change my face plate?

Excellent question.
When you try to take it off you:
A. Get the idea that if you try any harder something is going to break.
B. That there is a “correct” way to take it off that is less than obvious.
Any detailed help on this will be appreciated by phones and their users everywhere!

Are you using your T6 screw?

Are we talking about the same thing?
We are trying to figure out the correct way to get the UPPER BACK off of the phone. The part above the battery cover and camera lens. There are no T-6 screws near this part. Are you saying that the upper panel can be released by removing the two T-6 at the bottom of the phone under the battery?

now i wanna know how to do it, i am going to get an OEM in red soon, it would be nice to know how to do it before i have to install it...

Just out of curiosity, what did the instructions that came with the new case say about removing that part of the back?
