Poor reception on T610? fix!?

hi guys...i notice the reception is far inferior on my T610 than that of my Nokia 6610....is their a fix for this? how can i improve it? as it is pissing me orf!! lol

The reception meter for sony ericsson is different from that of the nokia..... when the sony ericssons usually have 1, or 2 meters on reception, i would say it's equivilant to 4 meters on the nokia. SE has a different way of measuring it.

You can never say the reception is bad, unless your phones actually cuts off while talking, that's the only way to know.

now if your phone IS actually cutting off while talking, you can try doing a firmware upgrade, which is updating the software, you can find more info on this from this site:

well yeah i think i can say its reception is poor..... as i have NO reception in places where my nokia 6610 HAS coverage (when i swap the sim card over.... Also regions in the car where the nokia starts to break up a little but still maintains coverage, the T610 has NO coverage... I think thats a decent comparison....
