i have been looking thru the us manual and cannot find anything on how to send your own caller-id number without having to do it with each and every call!!

does anyone know if and how the p900 can be set to send "own caller-id" by default or do you have to do it each time you place a call?

thanks

the P900 shows your caller ID by default (there's no way to change that, except through your carrier).

If you want to hide your number you can enter it and then select "hide number" on your menu.

Another alternative is #31#<number here>.

thanks for your input ofer..... but i would like to set my phone up to send my number so my friends will know i am calling them, instead of them not knowing and denying my call.

it seems to block my number by default, but it has both options:

there is one to block my number, and

there is one to unblock my number.....

-what i need, is to find out where i can set it to show by default.
thanks for your input tho....

I had the problem before too!
I just called CS, and told them to set the option off, so my friend can see me ID everytime when i called.
go ahead and call your CS. Hope this helps.
