When you're in the UK GPRS is your best bet. It's offered by all providers, with the noteable exception of Virgin mobile (who piggyback off T-Mobile's service, but for some reason can't use their packet-swtiching service). I work for O2, so of course I'm gonna say "Go o2!", but really, just have a look at the prices, and see who works out best for you!!
