Heh, now if someone refers to the IIjal loader in here... Maybe that will cause Matt and his mighty thread killing rod to come in and kill off this thread!!!!
Heh, seriously. Look in the ringers forum and there is a tutorial telling you what format to put them in.
Just a word of advice, I use winamp's write to disk feature and it works great
!

There are pretty detailed instructions in the Ringtones and Wallpapers forum as well as the Software Forum....
