with direct connect aside and camera feature. Which one is a better phone RFwise, features, size, value?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm comparing those two phones because I was able to get a good price quote for those two phones. i730 = $150 1year contract and switch over to Nextel from T-mobile. V300 = $200-$240 no contract and stay Month-to-Month with T-mobile and V300 = $50 with $100 Mail-in-Rebate and a 1 year contract and a new #, and a I make $50.
