Can I setup VX 6000 to ring and vibrate the same time?

YES u can. On the outside volume buttons press +/up until it says vib&high then press ok and the phone wll vibrate and ring at the same time.

SO u want it kinda quiet and vibratin. I dunno if it can be done maybe someone else should help but on the high and vib mode it isnt that loud for me. But it depends on the environment and evrythin else so i dunno. Maybe theres a way for it to always vibrate no matter what the volume of the ringer is.

I'm pretty sure that the only options for Vibrate are Vibrate and High Ringer OR Vibrate only....Unless this can be manipulated through code.

I'm new to the VX6000 but all my other phones had a feature I got really used to, they let you set the vibrate to always on and then you could also set the ringtone to ASCENDING so that if the room was quiet you could answer the phone on vibrate but if you set your phone down at home you wouldn't have to remember to turn up the volume it would just steadily grow louder.

Is there a way to create my own mp3 ringer with adjusted volume so that before I upload it it is alway starting low and ending high, then I can bear to leave the phone on the HIGH VIBRATE mode, otherwise that setting is way too loud for almost all occasions.

What do you think?

That's a great idea clrader. I'm always getting pissed off at my wife because she can't hear the damn phone. I'll work on it and let you know how. It may take a few days though.
