I thought i have seen the screens on the Sanyo 8100 that were animated? Do they really have these screen? if so,How do you get these screens?

I finally figured it out. First, go find your favorite animated wallpaper, and save it to your computer.

If it is *.pmd format, then you don't have to change anything.
If it is an animated gif (i.e. *.gif format), then you must use KTPIC, get it from http://www.craiggiven.com/ktpic.htm, to convert from *.gif to *.pmd.

It's all in japanese, but that site has some menus translated, and all you really have to do is follow the wizard in the program to convert from *.gif to *.pmd.

Once you have a file in *.pmd format, go to http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/upload.php and use the upload tool on that page to send the *.pmd file to your phone.

you can download them from the SJVM, for a fee of course, or you can write your own - I beilive these are either mmf files, but I will experiment further, and should be able to give you a better answer
