Bluetooth: Unable to enable ICS on XP w/Tungsten

I have a Belkin Bluetooth PC Card setup on Windows XP. I have my Palm Tungsten T setup to hotsync via bluetooth, works fine. I want to connect to the internet via my palm via bluetooth but am having trouble. When I enable Internet Connection Sharing through the bluetooth connection an error message appears saying "Internet Connection Sharing cannot be enabled. A LAN connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP addressing". I'm running Roadrunner cable through a D-Link wireless setup. How can I fix this problem?
