Yesterday I received an Email incl. the following text:

Sendo's early adopter Beta Z100 handset
· Shipping availability date: May 24
· Total price of $ 750, in respect of all deliverables, excluding VAT, shipping and handling
In approximately 2 weeks from now you will be able to log on to our site and confirm your order (Credit Card payments). The devices will be shipped to you by courier.
Sendo's Developer Kit
For those of you who are interested in the Developer Kit: we are currently working on the content of the Enhancements.
Please note that we cannot ship the kit until Microsoft releases the final Smartphone 2002 SDK.

· Price $ 900, in respect of all deliverables, excluding VAT, shipping and handling
· Will come with 3 free email support cases (valued at $ 450) and free download of new Sendo enhancements.
The Sendo's Developer Kit is a one-stop-shop package which will enable you to start developing applications for Sendo's Z100 Smartphone.
We are currently finalising the content of the kit. We expect to include:

Anyone know what currency that is? If its $900 US or Euros, thats crazy! However if its 900 german cash, then hey, only 430 US

It's US$900. The US$750 early adopter beta phone mentioned as available on May 24 has not yet materialized.
Sendo's first forecast shipment date for the Z100 was February 2001. It's now well over 1 year later, and still nothing has shipped.
