missing my s40

sent it out last friday for a firmware update and here it is only tuesday and I already am missing it.
pretty sad.
i also told them to replace my faceplate and charge it to a visa number.
well see if they do it.

got it back today. good turn around time.
faceplate not fixed though.

Bummer. They don't even want your business? "Charge it to your credit card" means you need a new Faceplate, AND a new screen, AND a new battery cover, AND a new battery AND a new keypad AND....ok, that wasn't very funny
