does the sanyo 5500 have color tones for it`s camera like embross, negitive, scetch, monochrome, sepia, and ect?

Yes it does. It has the following:
normal, sepia, black and white. And it has this feature called fun frames which allows you to take a picture in their pre defined frames. I'm guessing that the next version of this phone will have uploadable frames.
