Got my 5500 today and.....

Well, I finally got my 5500 today. Coming from the beauty of the A600, I have to say...I'm a bit disappointed with the overall appearance of the menu's. Maybe it's just me, but I think Sanyo's GUI stink....sure they're pretty easy to flip through..but at 400.00....I want to be dazzled!
The A600 menus were jaw dropping gorgeous....the main menu on the 5500 seems faded and washed....and also a bit pixel-jagged.
Otherwise, I'm totally enjoying this phone....other than that...I have zero complaints.

Well, if you're looking for some great REAL camcorder video recording, you ain't gonna find it......
It does look pretty good, and the built in video light really helps dim situations.
It's just a fun perk for buying the phone.....and I'm sure as new phones with this feature come out, it'll just get better.
It'd be nice if they had the phone fixed up like the Moto Smartphone...that way you could just plug in a 256mb card and record away!

I love my new 5500 also. Managed to break my wallet on Tuesday and pick one up. Haven't really worked with all the features but of course coming from Nextel, 2 cans on a string would be almost a technological breakthrough
