I took my first phone back because of many reasons. One being voice recocnition. It just would not work well. The second phone works perfectly but I changed something. When making the voice tags you have to say the tag twice. Each time change the way you say it, One fast and one slow. It will accept the tag and it seems to work much better. It may be that the phone just works better who knows.

I might also note that this phone has a much worse signal quality. I live in a fringe area. The first phone would allways connect at my desk here. The new one is allways searching for service.
