Help, ebay cd disc of games....

Hi, I just got a Sanyo 8100 today. And I was searching ebay and came across this:

It has all the games and stuff... Is it a good deal? Or is there some place I can download them for free on my own and a program I can import them? (I am too broke to spend $5 on a game from sprint its a monopoly)
Also, What program would I use to import data from my computer to cellphone if I hooked it up with USB cable?
Anyone help thanks much appreciated.
