Just Updated My Sprint Software.....?

hey guys i got a Sanyo 5150...i went up to the sprint store and ask them to update my software from 1.106sp to 1.109sp... i notice that i have a or somewhat of better reception signal... my main question is that is there any website that can inform me with new updates? and tell me new things i can expect when i update them???
