what will the 5500's internet be like? how many web sites can you go to?

I can get to a lot more than I could on my A500 that's for sure.

I use it mostly for viewing weather radar and online news (WAP) sites.

So far I've been very happy.

Sprintusers has a nice wap home page that you can download to the phone.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a "wap page"? How do I download it?

WAP is just like the WWW formatted for cell phones and small displays. Many sites have it like wap.howardforums.com for example. Most of the regular WWW will work on your phone's browser anyway, but WAP sites are generally much easier to navigate. The default Sprint portal (like the first page you go to when you connect to "Web") is nice because it has a lot of stuff like ESPN and things all formatted for viewing on a phone.
