Problems saving and deleting wallpapers

We need to start a thread detailing the problems with the LG 6000 and wallpaper files and then let Verizon and LG know. I am using version 06 sofware. This is what I ran into tonight. I downloaded and sent to my phone (using vzwpix) a BMP file jets.bmp from another thread. I received the file ( looked fine viewing) and saved it as a picture. Went to view it in my media folder (7). File name was there but screen was empty. Tried to erase it using phone but could not. I was able to delete the file by using Bitpim "get data" (file was not listed in wallpaper tab since I "erased" it from phone) and "send data". I was then able to "add" the file using Bitpim and after "send data" was able to view it on my phone and set it as a wallpaper. I do not know if version 06 of phone software is the problem. My point is we should not have to rely on using a cable to erase files from the phone but it seems like that is the only way to do it sometimes.
