Transferring stored numbers

IM sure this question has come up many times before....

I have a Nokia 8210 and my brother gave me his Nokia 8850. I just want to know if there is an easy way to transfer the phone numbers stored in my 8210 phone memory into the 8850 without having to manually do each one? Can the infra-red device be used and do I need another SIM card?

One way would be to copy the names from one phone to another by transfering any names that were in phone memory to a SIM and then taking the SIM and put it in the new phone and transfer those numbers to the other phone's memory. Or you could use a program such as Logomanager or Oxygen Phone Manager and with a data cable or through IRda transfer between a phone and your computer and then transfer to the other phone the same way.
