VR Crashing, not working at all next day

I have a VOX 8600. The VR crashes ALL the time, I know I can get around this as a previous post suggested pressing a key when VR is starting. But, after I spent all the time recording voice tags...the next day it's like I never recorded them. They still play when I scroll throught the phone book but when I try to use one, the phone simply "ignores" the command as if they are not there. By making any change to the phone book entry I can resave the entry and that one works. ANy word on a fix from Audiovox?????
I am still within the 30days to exchange this phone...thinking about the Kyrocera 3245.

It is working perfectly on mine. Maybe you got a loosy release of the software, depending on your service provider. Ask them if there is an update for this phone.
