Ok, not to sound lost but I have searched this site over and over again for an explaination. I am trying to understand the difference between Bitpim, Gagin, Snapsync. I am a new person to this phone and want to add ring tones, wallpaper as well as use it as a modem for my lap top. Can someone please give me a quick class on this?

Oops, try this again - it should work now - bookmark it for future reference. Also consider joining the vx4400support group at groups.yahoo.com - many useful tips, files & utilities - all under one place.

Mod should consider putting this in FAQ or as a sticky! Many questions getting asked over & over again lately - must be plenty of newbies getting their 4400/4400B's:

Yeah new to the phone but not to this site. I have been looking at it for a while but was confused as to what was the best for what I wanted to do. Thank you, I checked out the site and it has exactly what I wanted.
