CDM 8600 back for repairs

Well I just brought back my phone for repairs for the second time. My voice activated dialing was not working properly. It didn't recognise a name unless I redid a voice tag. Then all other voice tags would work. Let a day go by and then it wouldn't recognise again. They said they had reintalled the firmware. I guess that didn't work. It took a month to get my phone back since there are no authorized repair centers in Canada. Now it is gone for another month. It will probably return not working again, but this time they will have to give me a new phone. Hopefully the new phone will work.
