Unable to update P900 through Online update

Using Win XP Pro, purchased P900 from Expansys. Problem is the update service can't detect my phone, I also disabled my firewall and anti-virus software. When I attempt to update online I can get all the way up to turning off the phone and putting it in the syncstation. Then I get an error stating that either the device is on or the battery is not fully charged.

My current firmware is:

Phone CXC162022 R3A024
Bluetooth CXC12529 R5D
organiser CXC162021 R1A05
CDA CDA162003/5 R1A04

The manual verification states the CDA 1623003/5 latest firmaware is R2B02. Can anyone help me? Is there somethething that I am overlooking?

I figured it out. I had to unplug(ac) the syncstation. Thanks anyway.

So anxious to update, didn't pay attention to the particulars.(...Fully charged battery)
