downloading concern

just got into an 8100 and am curious about how i can download "ringtones" (not necessarily sanctioned by sprint) from sites.
current situation: how do i get a midi file from an old videogame, that when opened on a "pc" pops up with a MIDI player, onto my phone in my "ringtone" download section?
