8600 and hands free dialing

I have been searching diligently for a hands free kit that will enable me to answer/end calls with the 8600 without opening the phone. So far, I have found a few headsets that have an answer/end button but do not allow me to activate the voice dialing feature of the phone. Has anyone got this to work and if so, what headset are you using and where did you get it? I have been to numerous Verizon stores and they all acted like I was asking for the moon and stars. Hours of searching on the web have not produced any solid results either. Any help would be appreciated.
