Ok my wife has the VX4400 with ver.06. Now on to the problem, I have used bitpim to load ringers and pics before but had the phone upgraded to ver.06 from .04 now for some reason i cant load ringers. I can load wallpaper and phone numbers but i cant load ringers. Can someone please help Thanks

The newest version is 10. Try upgrading to that.
