I would like to know if Sanyo 8100 uses Voice tones? If so how would I get them/ send them to my phone and does anyone know any websites that you can download them from for free. I've tried converting the .mp3 to .wav and then editing it with the windows sound recorder than editing it a bit more with the cool edit program but it seems to be to big. I was wondering if there is another way.

Check Sprintusers.com . They have instructions on creating QCP ringers which will average 25-30k on your phone. I believe it's on the "focus" page.
