THREAD FOR SIMPLE RATINGS OF GET IT NOW GAMES
(NO "HOW TO" QUESTIONS)
I have searched the forums for opinions on Get It Now games and have found a lot of useful advice and opinion spread across various different threads. So, I thought it might be helpful to have one thread that just focuses on people's opinions. If you have questions about how to get the games, the cost, etc., there is already a lot out there, if you search under "games," for example. This thread is just for ratings.

SUGGESTION FOR THIS THREAD:
Just list a game, your rating from one star * to 5 stars ***** and, if you like, what you did or did not like about it.
Here's mine:
1. Wildwest Blackjack *
Cards too tiny - would be okay if they got rid of the extra stuff and just showed the cards.
2. Hearts (the card game) (by Air Strategy) *****
Has 3 levels of difficulty; plays nicely; simple, yet always different.

JAMDAT Solitaire ***
Standard solitare plus 3 other solitare games that are a bit too similar. Bug in main solitare in placement of the playoff stack (clubs is half under diamonds). Doesn't keep score by any method. OK as a simple time waster.

Hearts (Air Strategy) ****
Nice implementation. Needs an undo (to fix fat-finger errors in playing the wrong card). "Hard" difficulty is not hard enough. Opponents need to play more aggressively, do better at blocking a moon shot.

I would imaging alot of the games are the same as the ones on Telus.

Looks like the pic server is down, can't see alot of the images.

Helpful suggestion & would have been nice, but I checked all 6 pages under that thread and actually, the list of games discussed is almist entirely different (with only one or two exceptions), to what is available from Verizon, at least for the AudioVox 8600.

Jamdat Solitaire***
Just got it, and agree with post above. Looks like a cute, ot great, time waster, but that's exactly what I wanted this time, to make up for the fact that Hearts, which I really like, takes a while to complete a game and so I wanted something simple that wouldn't frustrate me when I have to turn it off in the middle. I may re-rate Solitaire after I have played it a little more and tried the other three versions that came with it.

Oops, sorry about that...
