Removing Fido Software branding from unlocked T616

I just bought an unlocked t616 that was originally bought from Fido. When I shut the phone down I get some ugly Fido logo that I would love never to see again. Changing the startup picture does not get rid of it.

In addition to this the phone also has all these fido settings for WAP that it does not let allow me to delete, just add new correct Rogers ones.

A master reset of the phone does not help with any of these problems.

Yes, but you need terminator dongle cable to flash phone's GDFS area.
