What do you mean by "program browser"?

If you want to hack firmware, it can be done..

i want to use the internet on my gd88 but it is programmed on rogers i had the phone unlocked and use fido

What i mean is that i dont know how to input the wap and GPRS settings into my GD88 (it is completely unlocked). I have the settings but i dont know how to input them, I know where the folder is and stuff like that, but i dont know where to put what. For all my other phones, it was a piece of cake, but this one is near impossible to figure out.
