Can You Move The Location Icon And Time Of The Vm5500/4500?

Does anyone know if the "LOCATION ICON AND TIME" can be move to a different location. If you notice, it's on the second line under the signal indcator and the battery life bar. I'd like to move them to the bottom. And since I'm not using the web (right now) I would like to remove the web tab from the bottom. The way it's organized, the icon looks out of place (in my opinion). Can they be moved at all? Thanks in advance!
